Right on Target

Hello savvy savers! I hope that all of your weekends were wonderful and that you found so fabulous finds/deals if you made it to the mall.
On Friday I happend to stop buy Target and as we (Canadians) know, Target is offically closing there doors soon. As sad as it may be, there are also some fairly excitable deals happening right now.
As you can see from the picture above I found some, not many, finds while I was in Target. The stripped on the left was $14.00 and the black sweater was $13.99. On the bottom it says I saved a total of $9.90. I could have almost bought another shirt with that money!
There you have it, Right on Target with the sales and shirts. :) If you have any deals that you would like to share comment or email me and I might feature you in a post! Have a fabulous Sunday!

Van City Shopping

Hello savvy savers! I hope you all are enjoying your February and all it has brought for you so far.
This last week I had the pleasure of visiting family in Vancouver. While I was there we obviously made our way to some stores and I picked up some fabulous finds!
Starting from the top left corner, I bought a necklace ($12.95) and earrings ($6.95) from H&M. I also bought the greyish/black texturized jeans ($24.95), white, black and blue patterned shirt ($19.95), and the striped casual tee ($12.95) from H&M. The dark yellow jeans ($39.90) were from Zara. The two cami's (2 for $14) and the white detailed shirt ($18.00) I bought from Dynamite. Lastly, I bought mitts ($10.00) from Aritzia do to the fact there were on sale.
Apologies for the not so Biglooklittleprice I didn't find too many deals in Vancouver but it was very fun to shop :).
Have a great weekend!! x

Styling up Your Sweater

Why hello there savvy savers! I hope that your New Years resolutions are still in tact.
Today I am going to show you how I turned my sweater from drab, to fab.
First thing I did was pair it with some not so leather, pleather leggings that I perchased at Dynamite for $39.90. They gave the impression of a classier look. (Rather then a pair of blue jeans would)
Next, I gave myself some neck and arm candy. (Necklace: Bootlegger, watch Aldo) this just gives your look a "trying" affect if you will. And lastly, I curled my hair rather than the usual straight or up look I go for.

So there you have it! Your guide for styling up a sweater. I know it was short, if you have any questions you can comment, or message/email me. Have a fabulous Monday! x

Today's Accessories

Hello savvy savers! I hope your weekend is going wonderfully! It's very chilly in Saskatchewan today! It's -49 degrees Celsius today! But what warmed me up today was the accessories I wore today. :) My watch is from Aldo which costed me nothing because it was a gift. And my necklace that I posted in my last post from Call it Spring.
What are you wearing as arm and neck candy? Message me on Twitter or Instagram or email! I would love to hear from you all! Happy Sunday to you all. :)

Black Friday Haul

Hello savvy savers and a Happy New Year to you all!
What is your New Years Resolution this year? One of mine is getting back into blogging and my love for big looks and little prices.
So today I have quite a few things to share. I went a little crazy at the mall the other day and am dieing to show you all! But I don't feel too guilty because I used one of my oldest tips to help cover the cost, gift cards. Also, the Black Friday sales were on so I was saving to begin with! Tip: Black Friday sales are usually on for the whole weekend so if you want to beat some of the rush, go on the following Saturday or Sunday.
Let's get started, shall we?
Where do I even start? Well the first shop I stopped at was Dynamite. While I was there I found some very cute leggings with leather (pleather) accents. They were regular price, sadly, but happily they were only $39.90 and I got the cute gold bangles (top left, on leggings in picture below) for $10.00. And of course, I had a gift card for there that I used for $50 so I ended up only spending $2.40, I was happy.
As you can see there is a necklace on the leggings in the picture below and I got that from Call it Spring for $11.00 including tax. On the right of the leggings is a sweater I purchased and the beige necklace that is on the far right from RW & CO. The sweater was half off so I bought it for $19.97. And the necklace was half off the sale price which was $3.47. Lastly in this photo, is the new wallet I bought from Indigo. It was on sale for $16.00 so I couldn't say no!
In the next picture it shows you more accessories that I bought. Behind the jewelry are two scarfs that I bought from Garage. There was a sale, but one get one half off so I got two because I had a gift card, shocker. I ended up not spending anything on them because my gift card covered it all! The two last necklaces on the right that I haven't mentioned were from Bootlegger and they were half off, plus they were covered by my gift card, BONUS! Last but certainly not least is the gray sweater that is in the bottom of the picture below, if you want a better look scroll back up to the second picture from the top. I bought it from Gap it was half off and I fell in love with it and it's price! I ended up paying $20.00 for it which is a steal!
Apologies for such a long post! I hope you all are still looking for the big looks and the little prices! Have an amazing 2015 and hopefully I will be posting plenty more in this new year. Bye for now!

Forever 21 package

Hello savvy savers! Hopefully you all are having a wonderful week! Today I have an exciting Biglooklittleprice!
Last week, Monday, I believe, I saw a SUPER great deal for online shoppers at Forever21.com. The deal was to take an additional 50% off of the original sale price. AND to top it all off, shipping was free
Well of course I had to pounce on the opportunity and I am happy I did! In my purchase I bought: a skirt, headband and head wrap all for a grand total of, $12.29!
My tip for today would be to wait for those great deals! Unless you're on a time crunch for a certain item, I would wait.
Have a wonderful Wednesday! And keep hunting for those major deals!

Tribal Today

Hello everyone! I hope the summer holidays are treating you all well!
Last night I had the opportunity to attend Karma Fashions event. It was a great event held by a friend of a friend and I found this tribal skirt.
The fabric is sort of a spandex cotton blend and it is as comfy as can be! I believe the price was around 20-30 dollars but don't quote me on that one!
Keep calm and tribal on! x

Little Blue Dress

This little blue dress I happened to grab at Garage yesturday! ($15.00)
I've always been one to look for good deals everywhere I go. So finding this dress for $15 was a great joy. Over spending for clothes are so overrated! (Unless you're talking Coach or Chanel) good deals always making finding the perfect dress just that much better! Enjoy your weekend! x

LOVEing today

Today I am wearing a sweater from Lucky, which sadly a don't have the price for you guys.(Since I received it as a Christmas gift). My jeans are from Areopostale ($35.00). My boots, as you probably all know, are from Payless ($60.50).
This outfit is pretty basic but I wanted to give you all a look at an outfit that's cute and comfortable! The first rule of thumb when it comes to fashion is comfort. If you don't feel comfortable how can you feel confident?
I do have to take an opportunity and apologize for the horrible quality of this picture! I had a mixup while shooting. I just wanted to show you guys this outfit (since I haven't posted very much lately). Well I hope you all have a wonderful rest of the day! x

Saturday Shopping

Today I went shopping! I had a few gift cards to spend from the holidays and I figured why not go while some of the Boxing Day deals are still on? I was successful in hunting out some fabulous deals!
I managed to find a velvet brallette ($5.00). Also some adorable sockmonkey style socks ($7.90). And I found a small crossbody purse ($10.00). I found all three things at Garage!
Then I went to Payless to find a pair of boots. I went and did just that, finding a pair of black 'Katniss' boots ($60.50), as some like to call them.
Now I am ready to wear my boot socks! Have an amazing weekend. x

Magazine inspiration

One of the ways I get inspiration is from magazines. I get a new magazine almost every week. I'm addicted! You can read up on the new gossip, see the latest trends and you can also find coupons and GIVEAWAYS! I personally love magazines. A couple good ones to look at are ELLE (U.S or Canada $3.99), VOGUE (U.S or British price can vary) LOU LOU (Canadain is what I read, $3.99) there's many more and prices do vary.
Happy reading!!

Sweater Weather is Here!

Even though we all don't want to believe it, sweater weather is here! There are so many cozy, cute and affordable sweaters out there. But this one is defiantly a top favourite of mine! I bought it off JCLU.com for the inexpensive price of $25.00 (not including shipping). I have defiantly gotten my money's worth, by wearing it almost every time I feel cold. With the soft inside and inspiring message on the outside there's defiantly no reason to not give it a look. There are plenty of different styles, colours, etc. All at really great prices! Check it out.
